About this project...
This comprehensive renovation transformed an outdated residence into a contemporary home designed for modern living and long-term rental appeal. Guided by a cohesive design vision, the project focused on enhancing both the exterior and interior through a refined architectural language, improved functionality, and carefully selected materials.
Externally, the property was revitalized with upgraded finishes, redesigned outdoor areas, new openings, and a contemporary material palette that strengthens its architectural presence.
The same concept was carried indoors, where the existing layout was reconfigured to create brighter, more functional spaces. New flooring, bespoke carpentry, contemporary doors, and a fully redesigned kitchen contribute to a clean and timeless aesthetic.
A balanced combination of warm wood textures and soft neutral tones was introduced throughout the residence, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The result is a cohesive transformation that elevates everyday living while significantly enhancing the property's value and marketability.
